Syedi Khoj Bin Malak Saheb (Q.R.)

Syedi Khoj bin Malak (Q.R.) has a very esteemed position in Dawat-e-Hadiyah. He has the Sharaf of performing khidmat of Syedna Dawood Bin Ajabshah (R.A.) & Syedna Dawood bin Qutubshah which he rendered with Ikhlaas (faith), Sincerity & Devotion.

Syedi Khoj bin Malak faced many hardships from Mukhalefeen (enemies of Dawat) when he went to Lahore & was also imprisoned in Ahmedabad during the era of Syedna Dawood bin Qutubshah (R.A.) During the fitnat (Mutiny) of Sulaiman. He endeavoured very hard and performed khidmat with devotion.

On his Araz, both 26th Dai, Syedna Dawood Bin Ajabshah (R.A.) & 27th Dai, Syedna Dawood bin Qutubshah visited Kapadwanj many a times. Syedna (R.A.) stayed for a long period in Kapadwanj, where Syedi Khoj bin Malak alongwith mumineen of Kapadwanj placed their lives and wealth in his khidmat.

Syedi Khoj bin Malak was regarded as a “Great Historian”, he wrote Rasail in which he compiled history & uloom of Dawat. When he returned after performing Haj Syedna Dawood (R.A.) asked him “You visited Makkah, Madina & Misr but did you find any Majlis more glorifying then Dawat Majlis. To this he replied “ Many Majalis were held in those cities but Dawat Majlis has a distinction over all because Malaekat grace it and write the names of mumineen who attend it”.

Syedi Khoj Bin Malak died during the era of Syedna Dawood bin Qutbshah (R.A.) on 6th Zilhijjatil-Haram 1006H.
